With no Jay Culter, look for the Bears to attack the Raiders defensive front with running back Matt Forte.
Oakland is ranked near the bottom in rushing defense. A bigger concern is the amount of penalties the Raiders continue to commit.
With no Darren McFadden, the Raiders will give Carson Palmer more freedom to throw the ball down field.
 Don't punt the ball to Devin Hester.
 With all the uncertainly in the AFC West, the Raiders have a chance to spread themselves from the rest of the pack.
