One of the more successful girls basketball coaches in the county stepped down earlier this month when Leigh White resigned at Santa Catalina.
White has coached basketball in the county for 18 years, the last 10 at Santa Catalina, where she guided the program to its first three Mission Trail Athletic League titles.
During her decade at Santa Catalina, White won 160 games, twice tying the single season school record for wins with 20.

How many female coaches in the County have won CCS titles in volleyball, basketball, or softball? I think Leigh is one of just a handful.
