Mason Foster to be fined?

 If Mason Foster finds himself a little lighter in the pocket by the NFL after his violent hit on Friday on New England's Chad Ochocinco, the Tampa Bay rookie linebacker may not have to pay for it.
 The Seaside graduate laid out Ochocinco on an incomplete attempt, drawing a 15-yard unsportsmanlike penalty.
 On Ochocinco's twitter account, it read 'Mason Foster great hit last night, if u're fined, I'll reimburse you boss. That's the way the game should b played. Stay healthy n have a good yr.
