Monte Vista quarterback Taylor Cohan enhanced his stock over the summer with three strong showings at football camps. The University of Penn is the latest college to jump into the sweepstakes.
Cohan has quarterback size at 6-feet-3, not to mention a strong and accurate arm. Last year he threw for nearly 2,000 yards for the Mustangs, who set a school record for consecutive wins to open a season (6).
