Ron Rivera

 Carolina head coach Ron Rivera admitted he's feeling a little anxiety heading into his first practice as a head coach today.
 "I'm nervous, said the 1980 Seaside graduate. "I am. This is my first opportunity. I want to make sure we get it right.''
 Becoming a head coach has been long overdue for Rivera.
 But this will not be an easy mess to clean up.
