Sabean's comments in poor taste

 Brian Sabean crossed the line.
 Sabean said what every Giants fan felt when he told KNBR radio 'If I never hear from Scott Cousins again, or he never plays another game in the big leagues, I think we'll all be happier'.
 Still, it was wrong.
 This was not a heat of the moment comment. The season ending injury to catcher Buster Posey occurred a week ago when Cousins collided with the Giants lone star at the plate.
 Sure, there were other angles Cousins could have taken. Posey wasn't completely blocking the plate. But he had his mind made up charging from third. And the play was legal.
 Major League Baseball rules are as old as dirt. It's OK to change rules if it will improve the game.
