Apparently Stevenson was looking through the front wind shield rather than the rear view mirror in snapping a six-game losing streak, beating Soledad to seal second place in the MTAL.
Of course, now we have a three-way tie for third with Soledad, King City and Pacific Grove. Three teams from the MTAL earn automatic postseason spots.
So who goes as the No. 3 seed?
Soledad beat Pacific Grove twice. But Pacific Grove beat King City twice. And you guess it. King City beat Soledad twice.
All three teams were swept by MTAL champion Carmel. All three dropped two of three to Stevenson.
Points are unfair because not everyone played the same amount of non-league games.
Anyone care to draw straws?

I would guess it'll come down to CCS points (last 22 games) and that will give 3rd place to Soledad.
