CCS boys track

 My sleeper at the CCS finals is North County's Rick Standish.
 Primarily a 100 and 200 sprinter all spring, the senior is just scratching the surface in the 400, where he ran 49.78 at last week's CCS trials.
Standish has run low 49 splits on the 1,600 relay. Of course, doing it in the open 400 is a different animal.
But based on his 200 speed, Standish is capable of dipping under 49 seconds.
That will take him to state.
