Stephen Ventimilia will be competing in two sports within hours of each other today.
The Monterey shortstop will leadoff for the baseball team in its 11 a.m. Division II playoff game with Aptos at MPC.
Later that afternoon, he will run a leg on the Toreadores 1,600 relay team at the CCS track and field trials at Gilroy High.
