Despite falling from the unbeaten ranks last week, CSUMB found themselves ranked in the Top 25 for the first time ever in the USA Today ESPN Division II Coaches Poll.
The Otters (17-1) were voted in as No. 25. They're the only school from the California Collegiate Athletic Association in the Top 25.
The Otters are one win away from tying the single-season school record.
