Hartnell College All-American linebacker Kiero Small will sign a letter-of-intent on Wednesday to play football next fall at the University of Arkansas.
According to Hartnell College football coach Matt Collins, Small was recruited by the Razorbacks as a fullback.
A two-time all-state linebacker for the Panthers, Small spent some time on offense this past fall for Hartnell as a short yardage fullback.
