The California Interscholastic Federation has reinstated David Perez's athletic eligibility for his senior year.
The Alvarez junior tailback, who was ruled ineligibility for all sports for two years in September after being denied a third hardship by the Central Coast Section, appealed to the CIF.
Perez will remain ineligible for the remainder of the 2010-2011 school year for any sport.
