Football playoffs

I'm not sure there was a good draw in the Open Division playoffs.
But did Palma really want to see St. Francis in the first round for the second straight year? This will be the fourth meeting between the two schools in the last two years.
Earlier this year, Palma played the Lancers to a 7-7 tie.
Carmel didn't exactly get a great draw in Division IV with The King's Academy, which features Stanford-bound tailback Amir Carlisle, who has 1,998 rushing yards.
The defending CCS Division IV champion Padres did beat Carlisle and The King's Academy 59-8 last year.
Salinas landed Milpitas, the defending CCS Division I champions. The Cowboys, however, are 4-0-1 outside Salinas this year.
I like Monterey and North County's first round draws. I have mixed emotions about Seaside's and Greenfield's first-round opponents.
