TCAL cross country

Nina Anderson's debut and time at Saturday's TCAL cross country finals was nothing short of sensational.
Sure, she was 31 seconds slower than her career best, set last year.
But Anderson hasn't run a race all year, having been sidelined for nearly two months because of a stress fracture in her right leg.
She's been working out in a pool to keep some sort of conditioning, but no exercise on land.
Not only did Anderson run 19:37 over three miles, but she ran pain free. And now she gets two weeks to get in shape for the Central Coast Section finals.
