There is no more loyal or patient fan base in the bay area than Shark fans, who treated their Sharks to a thunderous two-minute standing ovation before Saturday's home opener.
At times the sellout crowd was as loud as they've ever been at The Tank. Of course, the loudest ovation came when the Giants score was announced.
