Major League Baseball's No. 1 overall pick, Bryce Harper, just signed a five-year deal worth $9.9 million -- a record for a position player drafted.
By comparison, Rams rookie quarterback Sam Bradford -- the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL draft -- will take home $50 million guaranteed, regardless if he ever completes a pass.
Plus Bradford will never ride a bus to some obscure city in the NFL like Harper will do in the minor leagues.
