Apparently the Warriors have gotten into the mix of coveted free agents as David Lee agreed late Thursday to a sign-and-trade to come West.
Lee averaged 20-plus points and 10-plus rebounds last year for the woeful Knicks.
But is this an upgrade from Anthony Randolph, whom Golden State is trading? Randolph is more athletic. The Warriors are an up-tempo team.
Lee is not a difference maker. Let's hope he continues to improve. Because he's a Warrior for six years.
