Orlando Johnson, the Big West Basketball Player of the Year last season at UC Santa Barbara, will be the guest speaker at the 15th annual NAACP Youth Summit on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the Oldemeyer Center in Seaside.
Johnson, who led Palma to a Central Coast Section Division IV title in 2008 and into the State Northern California semifinals, will talk to youths about the tragedies he overcame as a youth.
